This development represents 6800 houses which is a 2000% increase!. The surrounding communities will be devastated with increased traffic, pollution, flooding and pressure on public amenities and services. The proposed development would damage green spaces and wildlife habitats will be destroyed. Thousands more vehicles would be flooding our lanes creating more traffic gridlock in the surrounding villages. There will be increased noise, .air pollution and flooding will be made worse to existing properties and roads as well the new development. Finally, our infrastructure, GP surgeries, utilities and water supply will not support a 2000% increase in population.
