History of flooding, which will be worsened by additional housing / roads. On flood plain - more expensive to build on.
Infrastructure, roads & bridge, already under pressure and will be insufficient for increased traffic. Bypass would be required.
School, health & shopping facilities need to be increased. Must be a condition of any expansion in Shipston. This area, at tip of South Warwickshire, already very poorly served by health services.
Town centre can't support traffic and consumer needs.
