This development is well within green belt and sites that are not in greenbelt should be selected before this.
The farm land and countryside will be turned into an urban sprawl called north Stratford.
The A3400 is already traffic saturated and very dangerous, this proposal would be spilt by this road and create an even more hazardous barrier for pedestrians to negotiate.
The railway station is only a halt with no facilities and only a single track.
This development will destroy the very rich biodiversity in this and the surrounding area.
There is already inadequate infrastructure in this area.
