Town doesn't have infrastructure to support the proposed development. Bridge which provides only access to other side of river is old (listed?) and narrow. Increase in private vehicles will clog up roads.
Town already at flood risk and will happen more frequently.
Parts within an Area of Restraint and Cotswold buffer zone.
Sewage system at capacity, no drainage plan.
Shipston already lacks green spaces and plans will remove much used rural walking areas.
School over-subscribed and has no 6th form.
Limited local employment.
Health services inadequate.
