The area SG04 is not a sustainable site. Currently living close to this area I can confirm that the edge of this area is already outside accessibility to any local amenities such as schools shops or medical facilities. This means that SG04 will be totally outside a sustainable area.
This green belt site would also mean that it would join the conurbations of Kenilworth and Leek Wootton which green belt is supposed to prevent.
The area is of outstanding natural beauty with views to and from Kenilworth Castle, therefore having a huge visual and environmentally detrimental impact.
