The proposed site, SG4, is not sustainable as there is no infrastructure close to or within sensible walking distance from this site. I live locally to this area and can confirm a car would be required for practical purposes. Kenilworth does not have enough schools, nursery’s, doctors, shops to cope.

This site will also be be impacting the Kenilworth Green Belt, with no exceptional circumstances evident, effectively joining Leek Wootton and Kenilworth together. Any houses built on this site will also be seen from Kenilworth Castle, a grade 1 listed building. Urban brownfield sites should be considered before using Greenbelt.
