It is detrimental to the greenbelt, flora and fauna, and adds to the risk of flooding. Infrastructure (water, broadband, and electricity) is stretched. Bearley station is insufficient (single track; few services). People won't cycle to/from Stratford up and down hills. Roads in impacted and nearby villages cannot cope with the additional traffic, and the A3400 is already busy. The size of the development is disproportionate to local need and to the size of the impacted villages, and will change their character unrecognisably not just in terms of scale but also their look and feel.
