I do NOT agree for the following reasons.
- The town would be divided by the A3400 Which has already had 5 deaths in the last few tears
- Being built on Green Belt (the only proposed site wholly built on Green belt)
- Urban sprawl will be created with Stratford.
- Damage to protected woodlands and wildlife
- poor assumptions in Hella Many wrong eg. around a one track dead end train line thats a halt stop Clearly a desk top exercise with no real understanding of the area.
- area susceptible on a regular basis to high flooding.
