Policy guidance is needed on parking provision for live – work units. A recent appeal decision on the Crest Nicholson site at Meon Vale accepted a reduced level of parking by designating a bedroom as a home office.
There is a growing evidence of the need for affordable small business and retail units to serve the new community of Meon Vale.
