This is regarding Clopton Quarter. This land forms part of the critical wildlife areas for protected species as part of the Welcombe hills area. Any development on this land would have an irreversible impact on the outlook from the nature reserve, and the proposed parcel of land for Clopton Quarter forms a valuable asset for the community and existing residents in the Clopton area.
