The site SG07 and the general Hatton/Warwick devlopment aound the A46/A4177 junction.
The roads are too congested now and a full new road infrastructure would be required, especially as it's a main route to Warwick Hospital.
Also, the development of site SG07 has a partial development to the west of a small lane and the access is over the A46 via a small bridge which could not sustain the increase in traffic volume.
