I have concerns about this site due to:

1. Road Safety: Spernal Lane Access, large number of access points within 100m, Proximity to B4089 Junction, Proximity to Listed Building (Mother Huff Cap), Speeding, Volume and type of traffic - c1000 vehicles per day use this road, limited pedestrian Access into Village
2. Surface Water significant Highway Flooding from land run off
- Manor Court Ditch significant land drainage watercourse
3. There are 8 Listed buildings within 800m
4. A STW Adopted Rainwater Sewer crosses the Site
