There is sufficient housing already for Shipston needs. Pollution will increase considerably, as will flooding, biodiversity will be lost. Roads will become gridlocked and dangerous to use as a motorist and on foot, especially children going to and from school as will add consideable number of extra cars to through traffic . All building will be on green belt land NOT brownfield sites, thus losing productive farm land at a time when we need food security. There is no longer a hospital, the medical centre has never enlarged, the fire station has been closed and the bank. NO MORE HOUSES
