The size of the proposed development at SG23 is not even remotely appropriate. An expansion of the towns population of this size will put far too much strain on the infrastructure, especially the medical centre and the roads. Henley High Street already becomes congested at peak times. I believe an expansion of this size would damage the community and drastically impact residents quality of life, especially that of older residents who heavily rely on their to access local services and businesses.
