* Unnecessary development on Green Belt.
* It will swamp our over stretched GP surgeries and utilities, schools Nurseries etc.
*We need to protect our Farmland and not destroy it
* It will bring thousands more extra vehicles through our local Villages of Bearley, Snitterfield, Henley in Arden, Norton Lindsey, Claverdon, Langley Wootton Wawen, and not to mention Stratford upon Avon with is almost gridlocked already.
* All of the extra traffic will bring increased air and noise pollution too, as well as reducing safety due to crossing such busy roads, for school etc.
