The proposal is too large for the supporting infrastructure. Rain water run-off will significantly worsen flooding which is already a big issue in the adjacent low lying areas of Wooten Wawen, Aston Cantlow and on the A3400.
The increased traffic on surrounding roads will become a significant danger to life in surrounding villages with traffic trying to avoid the inevitable congestion on the A3400 into Stratford and through Henley in Arden. The A46 is already an accident black spot between Stratford and Alcester and the development will increase the traffic on this road as commuters try to reach the M5.
