1. Sewerage is a major current issue. we know from current expansion of houses this will only increase the problem.
2. The bridge out to Brailles Road will not be able to cope with this level of proposed traffic.
3. Most concerning, our doctors surgery has great difficulty coping with the current level of patients, and will not be able to cope with any further.
4. Shipston has experienced severe flooding to date, and this proposal on flood plane can only increase the risk of further severe and catastrophic flooding.
5. Jobs and schools - capacity issue.
