Warwick Gates is already huge with insufficient infrastructure - e.g. it does not have its own school - and parents are struggling to find local alternatives! Harbury Lane is already, at times a race track, and during rush hour soon clogs up with traffic. In addition, developing south of Harbury Lane, will in effect pull Bishops Tachbrook into the ever expanding Warwick/Whitnash/Leamington conurbation - destroying the rural charm and community of that village - a any individual identity it has - as is rapidy happening with Warwick, Whitnash and Lspa.
