This will affect green belt and farm land that has already been affected by hs2 works. Will be detrimental to the environment and increase pollution in the area which is already high.
There is not the required travel infrastructure or transport links which will increase the vehicles on the areas roads.
There is not the required school/doctors/food shops etc within the area so will see reduction in quality of those services.
