I do not agree the proposed SG06 being considered for inclusion with the plan.
Reasons:
1. SG06 is not a sustainable location as defined by your requirements, the nearest hub is much further away from points in SG06, this means more cars will be on the already jammed pack North Leamington Spa roads.
2. South Warwickshire's housing need can be met without building on Green Belt Land, sufficient capacity exists at Strategic Growth Locations to meet requirements to 2050.
3. Why keep coming back to same location when it was rejected by the planning inspector in 2017?
