Not against house building in some of the allocated areas. People need homes. The extend of the proposal is ridiculous. The A3400 is a flood plain as I experience travelling to Shirley daily. No maintenance since 1998 (year I moved into Wilmcote). No infrastructure for current number of residents. Traffic into Stratford horrendous, killing businesses and the Bard's town culture. No mention of affordability of proposed housing estate. What we need is one/two bedroom dwellings for our (grand)children to learn to live independently. The bank of mum and dad will run dry!
