The Idea of building in the green belt when there are other areas available seems needlessly destructive of natural wildlife including protected species ie bats.
We do not have the infrastructure to deal with the additional vehicles, peoples, flood water that would drain into the field that would be built on. The congestion is already very high making the roads hazardous.
The increase in residents could either overwhelm local businesses or lead to a large corporation settling in the area and taking away from these local businesses.
