I think new settlements are more suitable for development as they allow for a comprehensive approach to integrated infrastructure development. It would be a great example to lthe rest of the country leading with this approach as a key focus of the strategic plan. It offers opportunities for economic growth and expansion in a more sustainable way. It also impacts less on green belt areas. This would take transport and congestion pressure off Stratford, but has even better potential for transport with M40, HS2 links and beyond.
