This seems one of the better possibilities for development as it is a brownfield site, already is in a corridor of new settlement development and easily accessible, offering opportunities for economic growth, new jobs and better infrastructure development. Such a site will not add pressure to an already overloaded and congested town such as Stratford on Avon, and with the potential of a new Chiltern line, with a parkway station, two miles away could have a much larger economic and strategic impact in the long term for south Warwickshire.
