The Bearley / Wilmcote area is not suitable for a large scale development because A) It would swamp the local infrastructure particularly access to the GP surgery in Henley. B)The utilities in this area are already unable to cope particularly in respect of water run off and local flooding and provision of clean water. Traffic from this site would largely go to Stratford along the A3400 which already gets jammed solid at peak times and weekends.
