Building on beautiful green belt countryside next to Baddesley Clinton House and St Michael's church would be an act of vandelism. The development is also very close to Hay Wood, an ancient woodland and appears to involve destroying Rowington Coppice, another ancient woodland. The propsed settlement is not close to main highways and local roads would not be able to cope with the volume of additional traffic. This will negtively affect highway safety. The local infrastructure, including the GP surgery and local schools would be unable to cope. There are few employment opportunites in this area.
