This location is unsuitable. Bordering the local council owned Crematorium and cutting off woodland corridor to Oakley Wood this area is excellent farmland.

The local schools are already full, the local gps similar, the hospital has said it has * no ability whatsoever to cater for an increase in population*.

This development would be wholly reliant on cars, thus rendering a nonsense of Net Zero and would damage a beautiful area irreparably.
