This is a completely inappropriate location.
You are asking to build a town, bigger than Alcester in between two other already sprawling towns.
It will ruin a beautiful, historic, rural county.
You can't build/create a community. It must grow!
The houses will be snapped up by investors.
There is one road from Stratford to Henley in Arden, already severely congested.
There is a dismal public transport system, which is already underused. We will end up with yet more multi car housing.
There is not adequate infrastructure for an influx of thousands of people.
The environmental damage will be catastrophic.
