The huge scale of the proposal will dramatically change this predominantly rural location, destroying precious greenery, overloading the fragile existing local infrastructure and make Bearley a cut through between the A3400 and the A46. Snitterfield Road / Bearley Road is becoming increasingly dangerous by increased usage, speeding and HGV traffic using this "back-route". The amount of destruction and damage this proposal would do to a rural, green belt location, is shocking. We are vehemently against this proposal.
