The area of Green belt land is a haven for wildlife, with its' vast ancient hedgerows, trees, which support diminishing amounts of wildlife. This area has provided a space between Kenilworth, and the village of Leek Wootton, Beausale, and has public footpaths widely used for walkers to appreciate the beautiful countryside. Local facilities around SG04 are already operating over capacity, and struggle to support the existing population. The narrow road network struggles to cope with the already large volume of traffic, and becomes more hazardous. There are far more suitable sites than the removal of valued Green Belt land.
