Ref 148/747 Shipston on stour has few resources, schools, dental practices, doctors are at full capacity. Hospital has no beds, 999 calls have up to a two hour wait. Flooding is common place in both those areas. Additional cars for that many houses will cause gridlocked roads. Public transport is minimal and infrequent. We already have a sewage, drainage and water problem additional housing would exacerbate. No significant employment exists, more traffic on the roads with commuters.
