I wish to object to B1 on the following grounds. Environmental impact, roads and particularly Dark Ln, which already dangerous, no footpath, very narrow and a ‘rat run’ Water runoff and flooding. Habitat and wildlife destruction. Commuting too far out. Water supply inadequate. Prime farmland and it is will be destroyed and I have it in very good authority that the owners have no intention of developing the so called eco village. They have already started to eradicate protected wildlife from the site. Conversation with owner shows lack of intention to install facilities, roads doctors and schools.
