The green belt has been inappropriately assessed, performs well and should not be considered for housing as is quality agricultural land needed for local food production and UK self sufficiency.
Insufficient infrastructure (schools, roads/ primary care planned, insufficient budget. Previously assessed as unsuitable for housing.
No consideration to very close large Solihull developments over 1000 houses also assessed as high performing green belt.
Solihull, Coventry & Warwick have overestimated the number of houses needed for for the region.
