The access onto Mill Lane is on a dangerous bend and there is barely enough space for two cars to pass.
A development on this site would not be continuous with the existing development up Mill Lane and contribute to the sprawl of Lapworth/Kingswood.
The site has a pond and a variety of plants and trees and would be a serious loss of biodiversity.
