This development with F2,F3 creates a significant change to a rural location. It will have a significant detrimental impact to biodiversity, heritage sites, rural character, the local community, existing properties and residents, loss of farming. The site lacks all the necessary infrastructure to support such a development. The Feldon Basin land frequently floods, no integrated transport infrastructure, no railway station, dependancy upon cars. J12 has become increasingly busy and is not designed to handle the requirements from this development. Ancient wood Itchington Holt and is inhabitants will be severely impacted. This development is entirely incompatible with the rural area.
