All the sites identified in Kingswood/Lapworth reference id 235, 169, 514, 622, 53, 205, 88, 513 are all situated in the Green Belt. Loss of the Green Belt around the existing settlement would be detrimental to the current 'containment' within the village boundary and stops sprawl.
All the sites would represent a significant loss of biodiversity.
The school capacity would be woefully inadequate for infant and junior children. All 11+ children would have to be bussed many miles to Henley, Warwick or Knowle.
The reliability of the electricity supply is poor because most of the cabling is above ground.
