I strongly oppose this as it would NOT preserve the existing community's character and property values, I fear the increased traffic, infrastructure strain, and overcrowding. I have strong Environmental concerns like loss of green space, wildlife disruption, and water resource impact. I also have concerns regarding zoning violations and lack of transparency of the planning of this future settlement. I believe there is a strong need to protect the current quality of life and environmental integrity of the area.
