Site 712 - land on the east side of Church Lane Barford’
Access to this site is solely possible from Church Lane posing a major threat to pedestrians on the existing footpath along which the access to the site would have to run. Children, carers and adults accessing the play-area and school would be endangered. Church Lane cannot be widened or made suitable for this proposal.
It's partly a conservation area and a wild life haven.
It is a burden to the village infrastructure which is already stretched to the limit eg school, traffic congestion, parking, and services.
