No supporting infrastructure, including shops, transport, drainage and sewage disposal are available. Occasional flooding already happens.
There will be no safe access to the A452. This is a narrow and busy road and regularly sees traffic jams.
The arable fields provide vital food resources for the community. These areas also support diverse wildlife which are vital for the health of the country.
The current green space is needed by North Leamington residents to ensure their mental health and wellbeing can be maintained.
There are no places in the primary and secondary schools.
