It is a strategic error to propose building on SG06 because developing this land would contradict the Strategic Objectives, as the location is not sustainable (objective1) as it requires over 30min walk to town or the train station. It would be in direct conflicts with Strategic objective 12 because it is high quality agricultural land and because the footpaths are used as a local amenity for many. It would also damage the historic setting of Old Milverton and Leamington Spa. SG06 also meets all 5 purposes of Green Belt land, so none-green belt land should be prioritized (see NPFF).
