Loss of Green Belt, ancient woodland, essential productive farmland. Loss of natural habitats and increase in light pollution. Increase in carbon emissions during and after construction. Inadequate infrastructure due to narrow roads , dangerous junctions and subsequent increase in carbon emissions due to increase in essential car usage, delivery and construction vehicles. The railway station access is narrow and dangerous. The carpark is small with no room to expand. The rail service is at full capacity, infrequent and unreliable for commuters thereby increasing car dependency. Warwick Hospital has stated that it cannot cope with current demand. Emergency services will struggle.
