1. Hatton station is inadequate for the amount of people
2. this will cause people to drive to Warwick Parkway which will cause
2a traffic clogging on the narrow country roads
2b more parking issues in the village that is already a chicane due to parked cars
3. Warwick hospital already has trouble supporting the people in the area, it will collapse under the extra weight
4. Warwick schools will suffer similarly
