This proposed location and proposed number of houses to wholly inappropriate due a number of factors:-

1) Lack of required infrastructure to accomodate the increase in home (i.e. schools, hospital services, doctor & dental services)
2) Current lack of road safety and accidents on the A448 with current levels of traffic. Any increase in road traffic will increase the liklihood of accidents and potential fatalities on the A448
3) Road congestion on the A448 from Studley to the A441/B4504 roundabout junction. Road traffic already queues for more than 1/2 mile from this junction on multiple occasions on a daily basis.
