SG06 should be excluded from the plan because:
It is not lawful to build on green belt land if capacity can be met elsewhere locations and the plan has capacity for enough homes without building on green belt land.
It not a ‘sustainable location’. It is a 30 - 60 minute walk to Leamington train station.
The public footpaths are used and enjoyed by thousands of local residents and visitors.
The area provides habitat for wildlife and plant species including deer, badgers, RSPB’s conservation ‘red list’ birds (such as skylarks, swifts, fieldfares, house sparrows and starlings) and
birds of prey.
