This site is too close to warwick town centre and the current road infrastructure could never support it. The other sites closer to the M40 are simply more practical on top of not being green belt. Specifically SG09, SG10, SG13, SG14. I heard they may require re-working the M40 junction near them, however this work will need to be done either way with the growth plans in the area.
