Households in SUA have grown from 12K in 2011 to 29k in 2025. In that time, not one new park has been created; green belt land has been built on; and no consideration has been made for the mental wellbeing of small market town residents that live here for a reason. Nothing in this plan suggests any new developments will be any better. This is an exercise in appeasing a new government with zero evidence that the ongoing obliteration of our countryside is required at all.
