The council and other agencies are incapable of understanding how to design a sustainable transport system with good levels of accessibility. Stratford has doubled in size in ten years, and now houses illegal immigrants and attracts children with social behaviour issues from local cities that bring drugs and knives with them on public transport. This goes unchecked. With double the amount of housing, there hasn't been one new road. The only change is a short cycle path that closed a road for 6 months and isn't used. You are not qualified to do this well.
