Inappropriate development in the Green Belt. It is wholly wrong to develop on Green Belt land. Traffic levels, already exceptionally busy at times, will increase and lead to increased levels of congestion, pollution, noise and smell and road safety. There will also be severe visual impact in the case of any development. There is no or inadequate provision of other services such as GP surgeries, shops, schools and other community assets. Trees, woods and hedges would be lot, some of them protected/ historic.
