SG22 proposed area is completely wrong - headed
Criteria are inaccurate in that whilst there are schools locally they are all full.
The land is valuable agricultural land.
The infrastructure to support such a development cannot cope with the volume of traffic.
Environmental impact is immense with significant risk of flooding on land that already has significant problems with water run off and flooding of houses in Middletown lane. it also destroys the uniqueness and heritage of Sambourne village
