Lack of wide range of 'local to village' services e.g. modestly size village primary school, shops of reasonable size, no regular bus service, no cycle lanes, no pharmacy or GP centre, car access only to Warwick Parkway station via A46
Surrounded by agricultural land rich in biodiversity.
